Practice Cases​​​

We offer a collection of original cases with 2+ witnesses designed to help improve critical thinking skills, case theory, and application of universal mock trial rules and strategies. These cases are designed with several approaches, making them perfect for any skill level. At the end of each case are the ways it was designed to be argued, sections that were put in to make the case more challenging or be objected to, and questions to ask oneself when working on the case. For our practice cases, we never make every examination perfect, they are also designed to teach objections. We are currently writing an extended version of Sam’s case for a contest, and working on a full 6 witness case complete with example examinations designed to help you recognize objections and help teach you how to write effectively.
